We’re big fans of Les Loups here at Remix86, so it was very exciting to wake up to a new original track and video from the German trio.

Side to Side is a newer sound for the group but it still encompasses the production quality that we’ve come to expect and enjoy. Taking a classic sample from Exquisite Taste’s 1984 track “It’s You That’s Happening” and adding hi hats, choppy synths and smooth basslines, they’ve created a deep funk house vibe that evokes reflection of happy summer thoughts.

Peep the official, and very first, Les Loups video below. Filmed in Cologne and produced by Adenauerfilm, the video really portrays the physical and emotional warmth that summer exudes.

This two-part single release will consist of remixes by OHYEAH and She Said Disco (out September 23) and L’Étranger and LBCK (out sometime in October), all via Umalu Recordings… Damn, what a lineup!
