Last year I came across the Build remix of Pheonix’s 1901 and it’s been a regular on my play list ever since. Build, aka Jason Reid, has also remixed the likes of Cut Copy, The Teenagers, and Delphic, but “Palm Tree” is his first original comp.

Beaches, sun, bikinis, ocean breezes and synths. I can taste the icy cool Piña Coladas now…
